In my maths with Mrs Hastie, we recapped what we learnt about simple geometry. We then needed to explain the different parts and create a slideshow after it. This slideshow will have some information about geometry; like the "Line of symmetry", "Translation" and etc. I hope that this will help you to understand geometry easier; have a nice day bye!
Hi Axle I enjoyed your slideshow and know that this geometry is familiar for you as I couldn't even catch you out with any of the vocabulary! You have used awesome definitions in this slideshow and I think that a few students will be checking your blog for help if they need it. This is a very teachable resource that you have made. ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Ms Hastie! The first thing I thought after looking through your slideshow was that this would be a perfect resource to teach my own class about the different geometry terms we have been learning about.
Excellent job! My only suggestion would be to maybe include some images with some colour for next time to make it more eye catching.
