Welcome to P.E at Level 2

What I have liked in the lockdown, were a couple of different activities and deed. During it, [the lockdown] I have been able to connect with my family a lot more, have done more family activities, bond as a family. It is not only that however, but I have also had the time then to contemplate about myself, looking at what I loved to do, looking at what I would love to do and simply go and try it out. I have read a lot of books, spending hours and hours of the time finishing a whole range of genres, currently, I am still reading and continuing to read a series and is planning on simultaneously reading them, as they update every week [Tower of God, Solo Leveling, etc.]. I have also begun to appreciate more things, I have begun to appreciate school more as I started to miss going and attending to it. There are not only positive sides for this, of course, not being able to go where we normally go, going shopping, out and about, somewhere relatively far; it was not allowed, it made me feel stuck, I craved for liberty. Yet I knew that this was for the best.
Regarding fitness, I have done some ways into enhancing my physical wellbeing, I have started to eat healthier, some exercises, running and jogging, having some walk around. Stretching and doing some activities that I have done before when I did martial arts, looking at remembering and relearning what exercises and drills that I used to do before. Coming back to school we are now faced with, looking at having more control towards our learning and so we have been now tasked with looking at a learning plan that we want to do.

Starter: Stretches loosening up the muscles, some warm-ups, sprints, skipping etc.
Activity: Looking at doing a range of sports and physical activity, from sports to games, discus, shot put and maybe even looking at some 'Arnis' sparring.
Warm-down games: Calmer games, like badminton, tennis, dodgeball, etc.
